You may well have read last week’s announcement regarding Parklife Weekender tickets going on sale; well we are delighted to bring you the full line up for one of our favourite UK music festivals. The team that bring you The Warehouse Project have stayed true to form and brought an even bigger and better line up than ever before, taking full advantage of the facilities available at the iconic Heaton Park.
The Parklife Weekender 2014 headliners include Snoop Dogg, Foals, Bastille, Kendrick Lamar, and SBTRKT as well as 2014 Mercury Prize nominees Rudimental, John Hopkins and Disclosure.
Further down the bill is a varied selection of artists playing across both days including Warpaint, Annie Mac, Katy B, Flying Lotus, Danny Brown and The BBC Sound of 2014 Winner Sam Smith.
Parklife takes place on 8th and 9th June in Oldham and will for many, act as the perfect warm up festival before what promised to be an incredible Glastonbury just a few weeks later.
With many questioning the changing atmosphere at Parklife last year, the line-up is set to put any doubters minds at rest with a good mix of commercial acts complemented by some of best up and coming, underground acts around at present. Young Academic favourites Now Wave have an ever enticing programme planned and drum and bass fans will surely be delighted at the prospect of the Hospitality arena. If last year’s weather can be emulated, 2014 looks as if it will be another massive year for the Parklife Weekender.
As always, tickets are available from the Parklife website or you can follow this link to go right there now and secure your place at one of the musical events of summer 2014.
