Victoria Park is bracing itself for the potential highlight of the 2013 Warehouse Project season as it prepares to welcome John Talabot, Flying Lotus, Jamie XX et al, for Sounds of the Near Future. It has been a big month for all involved with Warehouse Project with a new venue all but confirmed and series of live shows rubber stamped for the Albert Hall..and this event is surely a welcome pre-Christmas treat in the making.

There is a myriad of phenomenal DJ’s playing at the event, including none other than Californian producer Flying Lotus. He will be playing sets under his usual mantra as well as his alter ego –Captain Murphy. Supporting FlyLo will be Jamie XX, Rustie, John Talabot and the much loved hoya:hoya family Illum Sphere, Jonny Dub, Eclair Fifi and Jon K as well as many others. Take a look below to see the full WHP: Sounds of the Near Future Line Up…

Young Academic will be reporting live from Warehouse Project, so be sure to check back here for exclusive reviews, videos and interviews very, very soon. We will also be bringing you an exciting update regarding a reported collaboration between Flying Lotus and Kendrick Lamar..exciting stuff!

All that’s left is to leave you with a few videos from the headliners and wish you the very best of nights. Stay safe folks…..
