STAGE THREE: Develop an innovative marketing stunt for Summer Break

Applicants will be asked to develop a unique stunt that will generate press coverage and get people talking about Summer Break. Applicants will document the stunt in the following ways which will then be submitted for consideration:

Applicants will keep a diary of stunt ideas and progress

Document the progress of stunt development through images

Video footage of the development of the stunt idea

Each applicant will have to show a keen awareness of social media, pushing the stunt idea through their networks

BONUS STAGE: Celebrity endorsement of Summer Break 2011

Each applicant will have the opportunity to complete a bonus stage which will add to their chance of winning the final place

Potential Outgoing employees will be asked to get a form of celebrity endorsement for Summer Break, whether that be someone from T4 wearing a Summer Break T-Shirt or a celebrity doing a short YouTube video for Summer Break, creativity is encouraged!

FINAL STAGE: Interviewed by a panel of leading industry figures including Outgoing founder Gareth Cooper

Much alike to The Apprentice the lucky applicants that make it through to the final will undergo a rigorous interview stage, sitting in front of industry leaders and trend setters
