Six Weeks To Go: Parklife Weekender Tickets Now In Short Supply!

The Parklife Weekender has pretty much spearheaded the Young Academic Festival Guide this summer, so we thought we should warn any students out there who have still not bought their tickets to ruddy well hurry up!

Believe it or not, there are now just six weeks to go until Parklife and the event’s production team is working flat out to ensure that they deliver the best city based music festival the north has ever seen. Young Academic has endured the torrential downpour of last year as well as the beautiful sunshine during the years before but either way, this festival has to be our favourite – apart from Glastonbury of course!

The site is perfect, the acts are incredible and the atmosphere and buzz that is unmistakably Manchester makes the Parklife Weekender truly unforgettable. As always, Young Academic will be bouncing around this event all weekend doing our exclusive interviews, reviews and podcasts – make sure you don’t miss out!

The official line from the powers that be at Parklife is that weekend tickets for the event are now in short supply. They would therefore advise anyone wishing to attend this year’s festival to purchase their tickets ASAP.

Parklife Weekender Arenas | Festival Guide Arena Lowdown

Not only is Young Academic committed to keeping UK students up to date regarding tickets and line ups to all the festivals that matter, but we also know how much of a pain it can be if you don’t know where your favourite DJs and bands are playing. Therefore, below you can find the official Parklife run down of all of this year arenas and which turntablers and musicians will be lighting them up!

HOSPITALITY ARENA

For the second year running Hospitality returns to host a huge Arena at the Parklife Weekender. Spawning from their incredibly successful Hospital Records label they have hosted huge shows all over the UK, Europe and the World.

Hospitality is a true titan of the scene, it is known for it’s feel good music policy, show stopping DJs and friendly, up for it crowd. Bringing together bass heavy music, a great atmosphere and high quality production they create one the best clubbing experiences to be had anywhere in the world.

If the electric vibe in their arena last year is anything to go by it will be one of the highlights of this Summer’s festival.
