Get Your Camping Gear Sorted and Win Tickets to Kendal Calling with Millets

Following the great Kendal Calling preview in the Young Academic Ultimate Festival Guide, we can bring you a great competition brought to you by Millets. With the spring and early summer weather proving to be typically temperamental, camping at your favourite festivals this summer could turn out to be particularly arduous. Therefore, having the best equipment is of paramount importance.

First of all, you have to get yourself to a festival. Young Academic has just confirmed its presence at Glastonbury, the mother of all festivals, but we can now provide details of how you could get yourself to Kendal Calling.

Millets.co.uk we has launched a festival competition on their facebook page. To enter the competition a fan will need to upload a photo of themselves and their friends at a festival, they also have other prizes available such as camping bundles and survival kits.

People can enter the competition until 5pm this Friday. Millets will then pick the top 10 photos and the fans will vote on whose photo is the best. The winner will be on their merry way to one of the United Kingdom’s best small music festivals.

We know it’s late notice, but get your entries in today and you have as good a chance as anybody of scooping this wicked prize.

You can find more info at http://www.facebook.com/milletsonlinefans.

Don’t forget, Young Academic will be continuing to pump out all your student news this summer and the brand new student fashion will be keeping you up to date. Keep your eyes out for any additions to the Young Academic Ultimate Festival Guide as well and feel free to send in your reviews.
